Marie advises multinational companies on tax and transfer pricing matters. She has broad experience in international structuring, repatriation planning, M&A, financing, substance requirements, IP and business restructurings. Marie also designs transfer pricing models and guides processes such as DAC6 and tax control frameworks. She provides tailored tax advice, tax opinions, assists with ruling negotiations (APA/ATR), and supports clients during tax audits and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).

Marie has 15 years of experience in international tax consultancy. Before joining OHP, Marie co-founded another tax boutique, worked at Deloitte and did a one-year assignment in New York.

She holds a degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam and is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB).
