Our history

OHP has been advising on international tax matters for decades. Our experience spans multiple market cycles, changes in legislation, and the evolution of global business. Here’s how we’ve grown into the firm we are today.

1994 – Founding of OHP in Rotterdam, specialising in international tax for corporate clients and private individuals.

2001 – Expansion of cross-border structuring services, with increasing focus on compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

2020 – Marc Zaal joins OHP, bringing specialized expertise in transfer pricing to strengthen our international tax advisory capabilities.

2024 – OHP implements AI to enhance our analytical capabilities and deliver faster, more precise international tax advice to clients.

2025 – Paul Sleurink and Marie Oudemans join the team of counsel with diverse experience in M&A, transfer pricing, and international tax. OHP moves to new offices at 't Westerkadehuys.
