Obtained degree in tax law (1984) and is a fellow member of the Dutch Organisation of Tax Lawyers (NOB) and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Qualified as mediator in 2009 (NMI registration pending).

Editor of a loose-leaf publication of Kluwer about tax and legal consequences for Dutch enterprises of doing business in Belgium. Author of three chapters on European tax law for Italian handbook on international taxation. Also publications in literature about the Belgian and UK tax treaties, the participation exemption, cross border leasing, warrant debentures and jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the EC.
