Therefore we shall comply with the privacy regulations. This means that we do our utmost to ensure that your data are safe with us and that we use them correctly. This privacy and cookies statement is intended to explain how we do this, and which personal data we gather for what purposes. Through our website we gather certain data of yours, possibly including personal data. We store and use the personal data given by you only, in the context of the services requested by you (for example through the contact form), except where it is obvious that you want us to process your personal data. We shall not process your personal data for other purposes, with the possible exception of cases where you have given your permission in advance, or cases where we are permitted or legally obliged to do so based on the law or agreement.

If you do not have any direct contact details of our firm or staff yet, you can submit questions or requests by way of the contact form on our website. You will be requested to complete your name, phone number and e-mail address. We store those details until we have contacted you and answered your question.
To be able to send you our tax news bulletins or other messages we can process your name, gender and e-mail. We shall send you our newsletters only if you have provided us permission to do so. The data we process for this purpose will be stored by us until you unsubscribe for the newsletter.

Our services as tax advisers typically cover, but are not restricted to, the services mentioned on our website. Accordingly the data we receive from can be various. We process the data we receive from you only to execute our engagement with our clients, and we store them as long as they may be relevant for our activities (unless in cases where specific arrangements will have been agreed with you).
Tax returns for our clients
In those cases where we prepare your tax return we process (or rather: our professional software processes), amongst others, your NAR-details, contact details, salary details, company details, VAT-number, citizen service number and other financially relevant information. We do so in order to execute our engagement with our clients, and we store them as long as they may be relevant for our activities (unless in cases where specific arrangements will have been agreed with you).
We do not store your personal data longer than necessary for the executing of the purposes mentioned in this privacy and cookie statement.
We deal with your personal data in a confidential way. We do not provide third parties with the personal data that we gather for direct marketing purposes of that party. We only provide other companies or institutions (like the Tax Authority) with your personal data when it is necessary to execute the agreement, if we received your permission or if we are legally required to do so.
